I used to live like that too.
Always running.
Always trying harder.
Always feeling like I needed to become “more.”
But lately…

Maybe not every moment needs to be solved right away.

drinking tea,
and quietly breathing again.
Life happens.
There are happy moments,
confusing moments,
and days when your heart just feels tired.
But even then,
a small peaceful moment can gently bring you back to yourself 🤍

instead of rushing,
maybe we can just pause for a little while ⟡
